Jeddah is where most pilgrimages begin and end. King Abdulaziz International handles the great majority of Umrah arrivals, and the transfer to Makkah is the first thing to get right — it sets the tone for the trip and it is the point where kerbside pricing hits hardest.

Terminals at King Abdulaziz International
Terminal 1 handles most international carriers. A separate Hajj terminal operates during season, and the older north terminal still serves some flights. Send your flight number when booking and we confirm the exact meeting point — normally the arrivals hall after customs rather than the kerbside, which is congested and poorly signposted.
If your flight is delayed
We track the flight number you give us and adjust the pickup. A delayed arrival does not mean a missed driver, and you are not charged waiting time for a delay outside your control.

The more the better, especially in Ramadan and Hajj season. For a standard transfer, 24 hours is comfortable; same-day is often possible outside peak periods.
Yes. A vehicle and driver held for a set number of hours, quoted in advance. Useful for shopping, appointments or a hotel change.
