How we collect, use and store the details you send us when you request a ride.

This notice explains what Makkah Madinah Rides does with your personal information. It applies to this website and to enquiries you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
Who we are
Makkah Madinah Rides, PENDING — registered address, Saudi Arabia. Commercial registration no. PENDING. For any question about this notice, contact hello@makkahmadinahrides.com.
What we collect
- Booking details — pickup point, destination, travel date and time, passenger count, luggage, and any accessibility requirements you tell us about.
- Contact details — your name, phone or WhatsApp number, and email address.
- Travel details — flight number, terminal and hotel name, where you give them, so the driver can find you.
- Website data — pages visited and general location, collected through analytics cookies. This does not identify you personally.
Why we use it
To quote your journey, assign a vehicle and driver, contact you about the pickup, and keep a record of the booking. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only the driver assigned to your journey, and only the details they need to complete it. We do not sell your information. WhatsApp messages are carried by Meta under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for PENDING — state period, e.g. 24 months, for accounting and dispute purposes, then deleted. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after PENDING months.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@makkahmadinahrides.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
