Choosing between them
The most common booking mistake is choosing on headcount alone. Four adults fit in a sedan; four adults with four large checked cases do not. If you are arriving on a long-haul flight with full luggage, size up.
For intercity journeys, choose the vehicle around both passengers and luggage. Staria and Hiace options suit larger parties, while GMC Premium offers additional comfort with the same seating category as Staria.
How we match the vehicle
Tell us the number of adults and children, the number and size of suitcases, and whether you are bringing pushchairs, wheelchairs or other large items. We also consider the journey length: extra space matters more on a four-to-five-hour intercity transfer than on a short hotel pickup.
Your written quote should confirm the vehicle class and the agreed passenger and luggage capacity before the ride is accepted.
