Who we are

Makkah Madinah Rides, Saudi Arabia. For any question about this notice, use the contact page.

What we collect

  • Booking details — pickup point, destination, travel date and time, passenger count, luggage, and any accessibility requirements you tell us about.
  • Contact details — your name, phone or WhatsApp number, and email address.
  • Travel details — flight number, terminal and hotel name, where you give them, so the driver can find you.
  • Website data — pages visited and general location, collected through analytics cookies. This does not identify you personally.

Why we use it

To quote your journey, assign a vehicle and driver, contact you about the pickup, and keep a record of the booking. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only the driver assigned to your journey, and only the details they need to complete it. We do not sell your information. WhatsApp messages are carried by Meta under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Booking and enquiry records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for service, accounting and dispute purposes.
