Terms of service
What you can expect from us, and what we ask of you, when you book a private ride.

Booking and confirmation
A booking exists once we have sent you a written quote and you have confirmed it. The quote states the vehicle, route, pickup point, pickup time and total fare. Nothing is confirmed by submitting a form or sending an enquiry alone.
Fares
The quoted fare covers the vehicle, driver, fuel and tolls for the journey as described. Extra stops, extended waiting, or a change of destination are agreed and priced before they happen. Fares differ during Ramadan and Hajj.
Waiting time
Airport pickups include PENDING minutes of free waiting from the time your flight lands. Hotel pickups include PENDING minutes from the agreed time. Beyond that, waiting is charged at the rate stated in your quote.
Cancellation
PENDING — state your policy. A common structure: free cancellation more than 24 hours before pickup; a partial charge inside 24 hours; the full fare for a no-show. This must be agreed with the business before launch.
Luggage
Vehicle capacities on the fleet page are guidance. If your luggage exceeds what the assigned vehicle can carry, we may need to supply a larger vehicle at the corresponding fare. Tell us your bag count when booking to avoid this.
Passenger conduct
Drivers may end a journey where a passenger behaves unsafely, damages the vehicle, or asks the driver to break Saudi traffic law. No refund is due in those cases.
Delays and events outside our control
We plan journeys with realistic time buffers, but we are not liable for missed flights or appointments caused by traffic, road closures, weather, security checks or other events outside our control. Allow a sensible margin, particularly for departures.
Licensing
Makkah Madinah Rides operates under transport licence no. PENDING. Insurance details available on request.
